The build quality of the device has pleasantly surprised me.
The operation is simple (DAC just DAC, no preamp or any other function, which is what I was looking for), except for a few things that could be improved, such as the way of choosing the fast and slow modes within OS, which could be clearer. I have only tested the XLR output and the USB and coaxial inputs, and they are perfect.
In terms of sound, it is the first time I've tried an R2R-based DAC instead of a delta-sigma chip and, certainly, without having done a detailed comparison, the impression is that the difference isn't as great as I expected from what I had read about this technology. As for the customer service, shipping, and overall service of the shop, it's unbeatable, not only for the speed in answering any questions and dispatching the order, but in making the purchase something special that makes receiving and opening the package even more pleasant if possible.
Highly recommended, it will be my first choice of shop if I am interested in any of the products from the wide range they offer.
