I’ve managed to get hold of a CS55A and I still can’t believe what a bargain it was.

It's almost magical how for so little money you can get such high sound quality?

Without a shadow of a doubt, I reckon it could rivale much more expensive integrated amps. What’s more, it comes with a DAC that performs brilliantly. Of course, there are better specialist DACs, but the one built into this amplifier sounds absolutely brilliant. And the sound… what a sound! It has impressive body and clarity, and the sense of space in the soundstage is top-notch.

Yes, purists might prefer other all-in-one models, but in terms of value for money, this CS55A is unbeatable.
