Very low noise linear power supply

The LHY Audio LPS-50 Pro It is a high-performance linear power supply, developed to improve the power supply of streamers, DACs, digital interfaces, clocks, routers, switches and other audio components that operate on direct current.

Its regulation circuit employs five LT3041 regulators connected in parallel, a solution that reduces output impedance and provides a stable, fast and extraordinarily clean current. The result is a power supply with lower electrical noise, capable of favouring a quieter background, a better-defined soundstage and a more natural and precise reproduction.

The LPS-50 Pro uses a four-layer printed circuit board with gold finish, along with carefully selected components: Philips Vishay BC 058 capacitors, high-current Schottky rectifiers, Panasonic capacitors and precision resistors with low thermal drift.

Its advanced low-voltage-drop design significantly improves efficiency and reduces heat generation by more than 60 % compared with the previous generation. This ensures stable operation even during long listening sessions.

The power supply incorporates protections against short circuits, overload and excessive temperature. It also includes as standard the LHY Ultimate Series DC power cable, manufactured from high-purity oxygen-free copper and equipped with a 24-carat gold-plated aviation connector.

Available in versions of 5 V / 5 A y 12 V/3.8 A, as well as with DC connectors of 5.5 × 2.1 mm o 5.5 × 2.5 mm, to correctly fit the equipment to be powered.
