To complete the system, Harbeth incorporates a refined 25 mm ferrofluid-cooled tweeter, accompanied by a 20 mm super-tweeter, which adds breadth and delicacy at the very top end of the spectrum. The result is an airy, smooth and nuanced treble, without any harshness or artificiality.

One of the most significant advances in this new generation XD2 is in its completely redesigned crossover. This new filter improves the integration between the different frequency bands, allowing the bass, midrange and treble to work together as a perfectly cohesive whole.
