Product Description:

Twenty-four watts per channel, triode design, Pure Class A integrated stereo amplifier with 845 output valves.

All-tube integrated with 6SN7 voltage amplification stage, 300B driver stage and 845 output tubes.

Three pairs of line inputs and one pair of Pre-In inputs are located on the rear panel of the amplifier.

Unlike other inputs, Pre-In offers you the possibility of connecting to another preamplifier so that you can use the CS-845A Reference as a power amplifier.

The loudspeaker terminals for 4-ohm and 8-ohm speakers are located on the rear panel of the amplifier.

Utilising the custom-designed output transformer, the CS-845A Reference provides a headphone output capable of driving most headphones on the market.

The user 845 bias controls have been used for bias adjustment and a meter has been added to the top plate to allow you to monitor the bias with ease.

The Hum Balancer for 300B valves is accessible on the top plate to easily adjust the valve hum level.

Negative feedback selection is available on the front panel and via the remote control, allowing you to choose between two levels of NFB to enjoy different sound outputs from the CS-845A reference valve amplifier. Under the 0dB setting, it has an open sound with more details, whilst the -3dB CS-845A Reference delivers a smooth and clean sound.

Anodised aluminium front, fully ventilated chassis with a magnificent finish, hand-crafted construction using the finest point-to-point wiring.

Soft-start and high-voltage delay circuit to protect the amplifier and prolong the lifespan of sensitive components.

High-voltage fuses are used in the amplifier for protection. In the event of tube failure, the fuse will react first so that you can easily know where the problem is.

Premium parts: Alps volume control, porcelain valve sockets, audio-grade capacitors and carbon film resistors, toroidal transformer for power supply, wide bandwidth EI output transformer, etc.

Standard with remote control, the CS-845A Reference can memorise the unit's last operation once switched off.

    I started with Cayin 4 years ago with a CS55 integrated amplifier and, after discovering all the brand's virtues, I got myself a CS845A Reference and I couldn't be happier, pure magic, incredible what this amplifier is capable of doing.
