The Benz Micro Gullwing SLR NEO it is a cartridge designed for those who view vinyl as an act of fidelity to the music, not as an exercise in showmanship. It offers extraordinary transparency, a natural timbre and a coherent soundstage, without exaggerations or artifices, allowing each recording to express itself just as it was conceived. It is old-school high-end, tuned with a modern sensibility: precise, balanced and profoundly musical. It does not seek to dazzle in the first few minutes, but to accompany you for years with a constant sense of truth and control. In short: a serious, mature and honest cartridge, for systems and ears that know what they are looking for
At Lyric Audio we particularly value it because it maintains something increasingly rare: coherence. Tonal, dynamic and emotional coherence. The Gullwing SLR NEO does not push the sound to either extreme; it neither fattens nor thins out the music, but simply organises it and allows it to flow naturally. It is one of those cartridges that allows you to listen to entire albums without fatigue, rediscover familiar recordings and, above all, forget about the equipment so you can focus on what really matters. And in the world of vinyl, that is no small thing.

Hello
After speaking to Daniel from Lyric Audio, I decided to make a change to my system and replace the cartridge on my turntable with the Benz Micro Gullwing SLR NEO. Daniel recommended this model because of its excellent reputation and impressive features, and I couldn’t be more grateful for his advice.
Ever since I fitted it, the difference has been dramatic. The sound quality is sublime: the precision and transparency offered by this cartridge are exceptional. The bass has a deep, controlled presence, the mid-range sounds natural and fluid, and the treble has brilliant clarity without being tiring on the ears. What has surprised me most is how it has managed to bring out the finest details in the music – those nuances that previously went unnoticed.
The Benz Micro Gullwing SLR NEO has taken my listening experience to a whole new level. Thanks to Daniel and Lyric Audio for their advice; this cartridge has transformed my turntable system into something truly special.
Francisco.
