The Model 30 is the former flagship turntable from SME that delivers exceptional performance and for many years was considered the world reference standard turntable. The Model 30 effortlessly controls and manages vibration, resonance, mechanical energy and electrical fields. Weighing over 42 kg, it is substantial in relation to its size and density. The main and sub-chassis resist low-frequency flexing, while high-frequency resonance is attenuated by efficient extensive damping.

The outstanding performance of the Model 30 is available with or without a tonearm. The tonearm option is the flagship SME Series V with contrasting silver printed details and crystal cable internal wiring.
