Along with the Cayin Jazz 80, I bought the power cable. It looks stunning, with very high quality materials. I did a quick test comparing it to the standard cable and a branded one that costs twice as much. Regarding the standard cable, there is no doubt at all. The sound changes completely, as if a veil were lifted from the music. Details emerge clearly, along with a wide and deep soundstage, and a realistic representation of musicians and voices. Regarding the branded cable, my impressions are also very positive. I didn't do an exhaustive A/B comparison, but I did hear distinct details. The branded cable leaned towards the highs, whereas the Lyritech sounded more balanced and more pleasing to the ear, without harshness and with great quality in the mids. I am convinced that in a blind test the Lyrictech would be the chosen one.

I am in favour of cables making a big difference, whether audio or network ones. In this case, with the Lyritech Streamlink cable, the improvement in the timbre, sonority and detail of the music is spectacular. It is very noticeable indeed. I have other cables from well-known brands and the improvement from those is good, but not as much as with the Lyric Audio ones. Very satisfied. I will buy the next level up later.
